I do believe that Christianity is in a period of re-formation. The toxicity of the message on the one hand and the exodus from the mainline church on the other is not a sustainable combination.

Probably a bigger conversation with more data than I'm personally privy to - but I'd say it would be tight for a single person but probably workable. But again, I'm not sure. That rate does line up with some of our guidelines for pastors, but more in the out-state areas.
